Rush Services
While we try to accommodate each customer, seasonal fluctuations and workloads may necessitate rush service fees if you require your items in a shorter timeframe. Please reference our standard production times listed at the top of this page. Minimum rush fees are $35.00 or 20% of the total cost of your order, whichever is greater. A sales associate will inform you of any rush fees prior to production.

Order Changes
Once production has begun or a proof has been approved, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please double check spelling and quantities before placing your order and carefully review any and all proofs. If you find that you need additional awards, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your additional awards. If you need fewer awards, we can adjust your order subject to a restocking fee.

Sports/Activity Engraving Charges
All items in our sport/activity lines, with the exception of medals, include 40 characters of uniform text engraved free.
Here are examples of 40 characters of uniform text in a two line and a three line format:
•Personalizations are charged as follows:
1-24, $1.00 each; 25-99, 50¢ each; 100+, 25¢ each.
•Engraving Charges for Medals are as follows:
50¢ for 40 Characters, with $15.00 Minimum Order.
•Personalization Charges for Medals are:
1-24, $1.00 each; 25-99, 50¢ each; 100+, 25¢ each.
The is a charge of 10¢ per character, per award for each character over forty (40).
Please note that a setup fee may apply to non-standard or custom layouts.

· House composite sublimated plaques come with a box, backing plate, unlimited text and full custom coverage.

· There is a $5.00 set up charge per line.
· A Graphic or a Logo is counted as one (1) Line. We need appropriate artwork in order to recreate your logo or graphic. Please see Artwork Section below for details.
· Line Changes/Personalizations are $8.00 each.
· Additional Side/Location engraving is available at a charge of $8.00 per piece, per location.
· White Corrugated Boxes will be provided for a charge of $3.00 each. Otherwise, items will be provided bulk packed.
· There is a $24.00 laser engraving set up charge, in addition to the above prices, to engrave on a wood base.

· There is a $49.00 digital prining set up charge per layout.
· Line Changes/Personalizations are $6.00 each.
· The AcryliPrint™ Process has its own unique artwork requirments which are as follows: To ensure print quality, art image files must be at least 300 dpi unlayeredTIFF, high resolution Adobe Acrobat PDF (preferred), CorelDRAW version X3 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator CS2 or earlier, or an encapsulated postscript (.eps). Graphics files must be in CMYK format. We are not responsible for low-resolution or web resolution images submitted at less than 300 dpi. Due to variations in print materials and inks, we strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your order as we cannot be responsible for mismatched colors. For exact color with digital printing, please send a color print sample with a lighting description - e.g: outdoors, fluorescent, daylight, tungsten, etc.
· All awards will be individually boxed in white corrugated boxes.

Artwork
Artwork Requirements for Engraving:
- Logos or Graphics must be provided in the appropriate format [Monochromatic vector] or Art Charges will apply.
- All artwork is subject to approval.
- We accept .eps, .ai (Version 8.0 or below) or .cdr (Version X3 or below) files. Fonts must be converted to curves and all paths must be closed. Objects may NOT overlap.
- Smart Code 1X. For more information on Smart Codes visit: www.smart-artwork.org. All files must be supplied in a PC-Compatible format.
- We prefer that you email any artwork, though we can also accept floppies, CD, DVD or USB Flash Drives.
- Artwork that does not meet the above requirements may delay completion of your order.
Artwork Requirements for Sublimation:
- We can accept artwork in either a vector or bitmap version.
- All artwork is subject to approval.
- For Vector File Formats, fonts must be converted to curves.
- We can use .eps, .ai (Version 8.0 or below) or .cdr (Version X3 or below) .tif, .jpg, .png.
- We prefer that you do not use .gif as our experiences have shown inferior results with this format.
- For Bitmaps (.tif, .jpg, .png) please send the highest resolution image that you have (150+ dpi usually provides good results).
- Please note that web graphics are generally very small in size, have very low (72 dpi) resolution, and frequently will not provide acceptable results.
- Smart Code 3C, 3R, 4C or 4R. For more information on Smart Code visit: www.smart-artwork.org.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable artwork. In general, we can convert your artwork to a useable format if necessary. Art charges for this service begin at $25.00 and will be quoted before any work begins.

Order Accuracy
Though we strive to have 100% accuracy on all orders, sometimes errors occur. Any mistakes that are our fault will be corrected promptly at no charge. Mistakes due to errors on our customer’s part will also be promptly corrected, though an additional charge may be assessed.

Returns
All orders are inspected prior to shipping or delivery. If you have received damaged merchandise in an order that was shipped to you, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise so that we may begin the claims process. Please save the original shipping carton in case our shipper needs to inspect it. Please let us know of any shortages on your orders within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. We do not accept returns on any engraved merchandise. We will accept returns on unengraved merchandise in good condition. All returns must be made within two weeks. Please call us at 630-983-0523 prior to returning any merchandise. You must call us for a return authorization number before shipping merchandise back to us. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on all orders picked up in our showroom or shipped within the State of Illinois. We are happy to process your tax exempt sale, but we must have a current copy of your exemption letter from the Illinois Dept. of Revenue on file before your order ships or is picked up. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
