 1-24, $1.00 each; 25-99, 50¢ each; 100+, 25¢ each.

•Engraving Charges for Medals are as follows: 

50¢ for 40 Characters, with $15.00 Minimum Order.

•Personalization Charges for Medals are:

 1-24, $1.00 each; 25-99, 50¢ each; 100+, 25¢ each.

The is a charge of 10¢ per character, per award for each character over forty (40).

Please note that a setup fee may apply to non-standard or custom layouts.

House Economy Plaques:

            Engraving Charges:

·       There is a $25.00 set up fee per layout.  The same layout on multiple size plaques will incur a set up charge for each size. The set up fee is waived on an order of 6 or more pieces of the same size plaque.

·      There is no charge to engrave a logo as long as your logo meets our artwork requirements (see Artwork Section below for details)

·        The 1^st line change per plaque is free.  Additional line changes are $2.50 each.

·   Any layout change that changes either the vertical size of a line or the number of lines will constitute a new layout subject to the $25.00 set up charge.

·   All house economy plaques are individually boxed.

House Walnut Plaques:

Crystal/Glass/Ceramic Products:

            Engraving Charges:

·         There is a $10.00 make ready charge on each crystal order. [An order can include multiple pieces]

·         There is a $5.00 set up charge per line.

·         A Graphic or a Logo is counted as one (1) Line. We need appropriate artwork in order to recreate your logo or graphic.  Please see Artwork Section below for details.

·         Line Changes/Personalizations are $8.00 each.

·         Additional Side/Location engraving is available at a charge of $8.00 per piece, per location.

·         White Corrugated Boxes will be provided for a charge of $3.00 each.  Otherwise, items will be provided bulk packed.

·   There is a $24.00 laser engraving set up charge, in addition to the above prices, to engrave on a wood base.

Acrylic Products:

·         There is a $10.00 make ready charge on each acrylic order. [An order can include multiple pieces]

·         There is a $6.00 set up charge per line.

AcryliPRINT™ Products:

            Set Up Charges:

·         There is a $10.00 make ready charge on each acrylic order. [An order can include multiple pieces]

·         There is a $49.00 digital prining set up charge per layout.

·         Line Changes/Personalizations are $6.00 each.

·         The AcryliPrint™ Process has its own unique artwork requirments which are as follows: To ensure print quality, art image files must be at least 300 dpi unlayeredTIFF, high resolution Adobe Acrobat PDF (preferred), CorelDRAW version X3 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator CS2 or earlier, or an encapsulated postscript (.eps).  Graphics files must be in CMYK format.  We are not responsible for low-resolution or web resolution images submitted at less than 300 dpi. Due to variations in print materials and inks, we strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your order as we cannot be responsible for mismatched colors. For exact color with digital printing, please send a color print sample with a lighting description - e.g: outdoors, fluorescent, daylight, tungsten, etc.

·         All awards will be individually boxed in white corrugated boxes.

Cast or Etched Bronze & Aluminum Products:

·         Make Ready Charge on all orders is $10.00

·         There is a $14.00 set up charge for orders of less than 100 ribbons.

·         There is a $40.00 die charge to create a custom logo.

·         Up to four lines changes are included.  Additional Line Changes are $1.40 each.

·         Satin button on rosettes can be imprinted for a charge of 10¢ each.

·         Double Stick Tape can be applied for a charge of 8¢ each

·         Sewn Tops are available on flat ribbons for an additional 18¢ each.

·         Sewn Tops with Pins are available on flat ribbons for an additional 24¢ each.

·         Printing on additional rosette streamer is 22¢ per streamer.

·         Proofs are available for a $20.00 charge.

·         There is a $10.00 charge to engrave the header plate.  This price includes the engraving of one (1) logo.  Logo must meet artwork requirements listed in the artwork section.

·         There is a $5.00 engraving charge for each perpetual plate.

·         All engraved orders are subject to a $15.00 minimum charge. (i.e., the charge to engrave only one (1) perpetual plate would be $15.00; while the charge to engrave four (4) perpetual plates would be $5.00 each)

Clocks & Desk Accessories:

            Engraving Charges:

·         Forty (40) characters and/or one (1) logo will be engraved for $5.00 per item.  Logo must meet artwork requirements listed in the artwork section.

·        Any Layouts using more than 40 characters and /or more than one (1) logo will incur a $25.00 set up charge.

Artwork Requirements for Engraving:

• Logos or Graphics must be provided in the appropriate format [Monochromatic vector] or Art Charges will apply.
• All artwork is subject to approval.
• We accept .eps, .ai (Version 8.0 or below) or .cdr (Version X3 or below) files.  Fonts must be converted to curves and all paths must be closed.  Objects may NOT overlap.
• Smart Code 1X.  For more information on Smart Codes visit: www.smart-artwork.org.  All files must be supplied in a PC-Compatible format. 
• We prefer that you email any artwork, though we can also accept floppies, CD, DVD or USB Flash Drives. 
• Artwork that does not meet the above requirements may delay completion of your order. 

Artwork Requirements for Sublimation:

• We can accept artwork in either a vector or bitmap version. 
• All artwork is subject to approval.
• For Vector File Formats, fonts must be converted to curves.
• We can use .eps, .ai (Version 8.0 or below) or .cdr (Version X3 or below) .tif, .jpg, .png.
• We prefer that you do not use .gif as our experiences have shown inferior results with this format.
• For Bitmaps (.tif, .jpg, .png) please send the highest resolution image that you have (150+ dpi usually provides good results).
• Please note that web graphics are generally very small in size, have very low (72 dpi) resolution, and frequently will not provide acceptable results.
